Meet Saci

Saci McDonald is an Energy Kinesiology practitioner, a faculty member at the Kinesiology Institute, and the creator of The Harmony Deck.

Born from Practice
The Harmony Deck is the natural evolution of Saci’s thirty years as a practitioner. She created this tool to bridge the gap between her one-on-one sessions and your daily life, distilling a comprehensive system into a playful deck of cards you can use anywhere.

It’s a lighthearted way to get out of your head and back into your body. By trusting your gut and following the actions, you’ll feel more rooted, more grounded, and—best of all—more like yourself. It’s effective, it’s easy, and it’s fast.

Saci remains a firm believer that personal evolution and optimum health don’t have to be a struggle. When we learn to truly listen, the body reveals an extraordinary, natural capacity to heal itself, seated in her core conviction that ‘you possess the power to heal.’

A Heartfelt Thank You

The Harmony Deck was born from my practice, but it was brought to life through the wisdom, patience, and encouragement of a remarkable community.

My deepest gratitude goes to Miranda Darley, Amy Primeau, Liz Mazurski, and Erin Nantell-Pasero, the team at Shuffled Ink—your professional brilliance was instrumental in shaping this vision.

A special thank you to those who lent their ears, their hearts, and their technical insight and unwavering support: Laura Reoch, Andrea Cortes-Juarbe, Devon Cohn, Cheryl Franklin, Alaisha Hellman and Suzanne Darley. To the many others who pushed me forward with every conversation and word of encouragement—you know who you are, and I thank you.

And finally, to my husband, for your endless patience and for simply putting up with me throughout this journey. — Saci

Amy Primeau - Graphic Design

Amy is an experienced designer who is passionate about how life informs art and design; as people are ever evolving, so is design. I believe great visual communication starts with connection to an audience through story.
