Look at your card, the orange and yellow points show exactly where to rub. These are neurolymphatic reflex points on the front and back of your body.
You can easily reach all the points on the front of your body, while some of the back points are harder to reach, it’s fun to share the experience with someone and help each other with rubbing the back points. When you’re alone a tool can help.*
Using the pads of two or three fingers (index, middle, and ring), rub each point firmly for 30–60 seconds. Breathe deeply and steadily as you go. Can’t reach your back, no problem, rub the front points for twice as long. (They are often tender.)
As you rub, keep in mind the question you asked when drawing your card and notice how your body feels. This awareness facilitates the shift.
SPADES = STRUCTURE = RUB

Rubbing these points eases congestion, encourages lymph flow, and increases energy. It supports your body’s natural detox and circulation, leaving you feeling lighter, clearer, and more balanced.

At the bottom of your card, you’ll see a muscle linked to the Meridian. Rubbing the points energizes not just your body overall, but specifically that Meridian and muscle. The muscle is drawn on one side for simplicity, but it exists on both sides. You’ll see the Jokers have all the neurolymphatic reflex points and a few extra on them. It’s a great reference guide.
The benefits go deeper: the organ and muscle sharing the Meridian’s name also receives a revitalizing lift. This gives a full, integrated view of the card’s effects; body, energy, muscle and organ all working together.

Study the face. The orange points show you where to tap. Each point sits at either the beginning or end of a meridian.
Tap lightly on both sides of your face (even if only one side is shown) for 30–60 seconds, repeating the affirmation aloud or silently.
Stay aware of the question/intention you asked when pulling your card allowing the tapping to recalibrate your emotions.

Study the orange line on the figure, this is the meridian, an energy pathway in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM).
Trace the meridian in the direction of the arrow three to six times, either by lightly touching your body or hovering your hand 1–2 inches above it.
Trace both sides of your body (even if only one side is shown).
Take slow, steady breaths as you trace, and stay connected to the question you asked when drawing your card. This helps focus your awareness and intention as the meridian responds.
