Structure Cards
All SPADES are STRUCTURE cards.
When you use the Structure cards, you’re giving yourself a mini-massage — boosting lymphatic flow and detoxifying your body while improving overall circulation and energy. Structure cards help you feel better mentally and emotionally.

How It Works / The Big Idea / Structure Card Basics
Each Structure card features a muscle (red) related to the highlighted meridian as well as the neurolymphatic reflex points (yellow/orange) that correspond to that muscle.
Rubbing these points increases blood flow to the muscle while energizing the related meridian and promoting overall health and wellbeing. Neurolymphatic reflex points, also enhance blood flow and energy to the related organs and glands.
How to Activate Structure Cards: RUB
The orange/yellow points on each Structure card represent neurolymphatic reflex points. Rubbing them helps ease congestion, boost lymph flow, increase energy, and bring harmony to the body. Watch this video to see how it’s done.
Notice how you feel before rubbing.
Rub the orange/yellow points on the front and back of your body, applying firm pressure as you do so. Do this for at least 30-60 seconds using the pads of two or three fingers - index, middle, ring.
Take deep breaths as you rub the indicated points.

TIP You may want a friend to rub the hard-to-reach points on your back. Or, if you’re alone and unable to reach your back, rub the points on the front of your body for twice as long instead.
NOTE Each card shows the muscle on only one side of the body, but the same muscle exists as a mirror image on the other side.

How It Works / The Big Idea / Nutrition Card Basics
The foods we eat are one of the building blocks to a healthy body, along with healthy thoughts, and consistent exercise. When we digest foods they either create an alkaline or an acidic environment in the bodies. An alkalizing diet creates a healthy digestive system, healthy organs, healthy mind and over all healthy body. An overly acidic diet creates di-ease in the body, joint pain, all sorts of ‘itis’ in the body, and negatively in the mind.
At meal times, aim to have 70% of the food on your plate be alkalizing foods.
Snacks can often be our downfall, consider creating a “snack list” of your favorite alkalizing foods and enjoy.
How to Activate Nutrition Cards: EAT
Eat and drink foods rich in the nutrients listed on the card.
Drink your food- chew each bite at least 50 times to break it down and aid your digestion.
Add these foods to your shopping list. One day’s indication of benefit will extend bend that day when it comes to nutrition. The Harmony Deck will guide you toward the foods and nutrients that will collectively help you achieve balanced health and wellbeing.

Emotion Cards
How It Works / The Big Idea / Emotion Card Basics
Orange dots mark the beginning and/or end points of the yang meridian. Tapping them activates and enhances energy flow, bringing clarity, vitality, and harmony to the body.
How to Activate Emotion Cards: RUB
Notice how you feel before tapping.
Tap the small orange dots on BOTH sides of the face, even if only one side is shown on your card. Do this for at least 30-60 seconds, using the pads of your index and middle fingers.
At the same time, repeat the affirmation written on the bottom of your card.
Take deep breaths as you do so.

Note: The affirmations are for you. It is never about someone else’s emotions or emotional state. Orange dots mark the beginning and/or end points of the Yang meridian. Tapping them activates and enhances energy flow, bringing clarity, vitality, and harmony to the body.

How to Activate Energy Cards: TRACE
Notice how you feel before tracing..
Trace the orange lines* in the direction of the arrow at least three to six times on BOTH sides of the body (only one side is illustrated) by lightly touching, or hovering 1 to 2 inches away from the body.
Take deep breaths as you do this.

Central & Governing Cards
Aces: Your Power Cards for Energy & Balance
The aces in the deck are special. Here’s why:
1. Double the Power
Unlike the other cards, which focus on one meridian, the aces feature two—the Central Meridian and the Governing Meridian.
2. Why These Meridians?
These two are known as the “reservoir meridians” because they are the backup systems to the other meridians. Think of them as the mother and father of the other 12 meridians, always there to offer extra support and go the extra mile.
3. How Aces Help You
Feeling drained? Burnt out? Running on empty? The aces are your powerhouse go-to cards for a quick energy boost and nervous system reset.
How to Use the Aces
Option 1: Work with Both Meridians
Rub, eat, tap, or trace both meridians. Doing so will leave you feeling deeply supported and revitalized.
Option 2: Focus on One
Pick either the Central or Governing Meridian and rub, eat, tap and trace.
Either way, the aces are here to help you recharge, realign a frazzled nervous system and have you feeling your best!
