The Jokers

This page would benefit from an intro similar in length to the other How To Play pages. This will also help to set up the use of the Jokers and help further explain the magic of rubbing (with link showing how to rub) and the relationship of muscles to meridians.

The Jokers are your guide to the

JOKER CARD INSTRUCTIONS

The Jokers contain ALL OF the same neurolymphatic reflex points that match the muscles represented on each of the Spades playing cards. Each Spade (except for the Ace, which has two muscles) corresponds to a single muscle, covering all 14 meridians. I think this could be more succinct and clear. Are these a guide to reflex points or muscles? Does one use this card outside of the deck (as with most card games) or keep and use them as part of the deck? This may also be a good opportunity to talk about the act and art of rubbing…?

While each Meridien connects to several muscles, each Spade card highlights only one muscle for simplicity. Additional muscles related to each meridian—and their unique neurolymphatic reflex points—are featured on the Jokers.

Ready to go from "meh" to fabulous? Then it’s time for a neurolymphatic reflex massage—with the added bonus of the extra reflex points on the Jokers, it takes the experience to a whole new level. Grab a partner, take turns, and follow along by massaging each point for 30 to 60 seconds, using the Jokers as your guide for a stellar experience and a complete energy reset.

Before you begin, take a moment to rate your energy level on a scale from 1 to 10, with 10 being high energy. After completing the neurolymphatic massage, check in again—you’ll likely feel much better, and might be surprised at the difference!
