EMOTION
Tapping is a technique that resets this and that, offering you emotional support and other wonderful benefits that we’ll describe here.
Tapping is a primary tool in Emotional Freedom TechniqueTM (EFT), a system that helps to reset mind matters by lightly tapping the face on the end point of your selected meridian. Harmony Deck affirmations are intended to innate change in YOU; they are not intended to be directed toward or influence anyone else’s behavior or emotional state. This needs to be edited and cleaned up but will include all relevant information about the upsides of tapping!
Diamond cards are EMOTION cards that show where to TAP to activate a meridian/energy pathway. The video below demonstrates the technique and different approaches to tapping which i don’t think is true. I’m just making things up. Combine tapping with tracing, rubbing, and eating for maximum Harmony Deck benefits.

Where
Look at your card — the orange dot shows exactly where to tap. Each point is on the face and marks either the beginning or end of a meridian. Tap gently on both sides of the face to keep your energy balanced.
How
Tap lightly for 30–60 seconds, either saying the affirmation aloud or silently to yourself. Stay connected to the question you asked when drawing your card, letting the words touch your own emotions and truth.
Why
These affirmations are about you — your feelings, your reactions, your inner experience. They’re not meant to change anyone else’s behavior or emotional state. Tapping helps release emotional tension, restore energetic flow, and bring you back to a place that’s clearer, calmer, and less in your head.
RUB
STRUCTURE
Rubbing is a form of self-massage. The card [number] you pulled indicates the muscle or muscles that correspond to the meridian indicated on your card. you that physically stimulates the muscle/s related to the meridian (card) you intuitively pulled from the deck today. Some of the indicated areas will be difficult for you to reach on your own, so having a few simple tools (like a tennis ball or soft roller) (or a partner) helps you reach awkward points on your back. While rubbing has numerous physical benefits including increased circulation of blood, oxygen, and detoxifying lymphatic fluid, The Harmony Deck way has the added benefit of targeting the muscle/s specifically related to the meridian that will help balance your system today.
Cards featuring SPADES are STRUCTURE cards that show where to RUB to activate a specific meridian/energy pathway as indicated on the card you pulled. Combine rubbing with tapping, tracing and eating for maximum Harmony Deck benefits.
ACTION: RUB
Notice how you feel before rubbing.
RUB the orange points on the front and back of your body by applying firm pressure. Use the pads of 2 or 3 fingers (index, middle, ring) to rub for at least 30-60 seconds and take a deep breath as you do so.
Some points are on your back and difficult to reach on your own. Enlist someone to rub these points for you OR use a tennis ball or other soft device against the wall or floor. If you’re alone and unable to reach a point, you can rub the points on the front of your body for twice as long.

Where & How
Look at your card, the orange and yellow points show exactly where to rub. These are neurolymphatic reflex points on the front and back of your body. Most points you can reach yourself, or a friend can help with the back ones.
Using the pads of two or three fingers (index, middle, and ring), rub each point firmly for 30–60 seconds. Breathe deeply and steadily as you go. Can’t reach your back, no problem, rub the front points for twice as long. (They are often tender.)
As you rub, keep in mind the question you asked when drawing your card and notice how your body feels. This awareness facilitates the shift.
Why?
Rubbing these points eases congestion, encourages lymph flow, and increases energy. It supports your body’s natural detox and circulation, leaving you feeling lighter, clearer, and more balanced.
Card Insights
At the bottom of your card, you’ll see a muscle linked to the Meridian. Rubbing the points energizes not just your body overall, but specifically that Meridian and muscle. The muscle is drawn on one side for simplicity, but it exists on both sides.
The benefits go deeper: the organ sharing the Meridian’s name also receives a revitalizing lift. This gives a full, integrated view of the card’s effects; body, energy, muscle and organ all working together.

TRACE
ENERGY
Tracing is a gentle wakeup call for the indicated meridian. The energy pathway is indicated on the card as a line that literally traces the recommended meridian. Using a gentle, continuous touch, smoothly follow the line on your body in the direction indicated.
Each Energy/Trace card includes the optimal time of day to activate this meridian but, when used in harmony with the other three techniques, you will experience the full benefit. This isn’t clear yet so I’ll work on it more. Please add your thoughts or words to this and any of these intro blurbs. We need something here about the cards mostly showing only one side of the body and that you should trace of BOTH sides to be most effective and balanced.
Cards featuring CLUBS are ENERGY cards that show where and how to TRACE your meridian in order to activate the specific meridian/energy pathway indicated on the card you pulled. Please also see our Meridian Tracing Guide for ease of use.

Trace the orange lines on your card in the direction of the arrow for at least 3 to 6 times on BOTH sides of the body (only one side is illustrated on the card) with a light touch; or you may hover your hand 1 or 2 inches away from the body. Take deep breaths as you do so.

NUTRITION
EATING is a simple directive but the results of eating to support the harmony of your energy pathways can be amazingly powerful. While pulling a card each day may indicate different foods, familiarizing yourself with - and trying to incorporate those that are most appealing to you - can help you eat your optimal foods and tune you in to how different foods make you feel - emotionally, energetically and physically.
Be sure to note not only the illustrated food types but also the vitamins, minerals, and nutrients noted on the card.
